Bristol Zoo

The Bristol Zoo Garden is an amazing world of animals, all set within award winning 12 acre gardens. With over 450 species of exotic, endangered and just plain cute animals from the four corners of the globe.

You can visit the primates in Monkey Jungle, stroll through the lemur garden or come face to face with penguins and seals at Seal and Penguin Coast. Some of the Zoo’s other favourites include Gorilla Island, Asiatic lions, Twilight World, an Aquarium, Reptile house, Bug World and the new Butterfly Forest.

The Zoo’s 12-acre grounds are blooming with springtime colour and all walkways are easily accessible and wheelchair friendly. The landscaped gardens are always popular with visitors and there are plenty of benches for visitors to sit and relax surrounded by trees, plants, colourful bedding and borders.
